The Pumpkin in the Pothole - Sam's Mission

A row of armored vehicles — RG-31s, a Humvee and a Buffalo — are ready to leave on patrol.
I came across this April 6, 2007 article on the Anchorage Daily News site. It is a perfect discription of part of Sam's present mission in Iraq.
